    Yes, the box runs completely via internet so home broadband is a requirement.


3. What is the minimum broadband speed required for the box to run efficiently?

    We always recommend a minimum of 8mbs download speed.


4. Does the box connect via WIFI or Ethernet cable?

    The box connects via WIFI or Ethernet.


5. Do these boxes work outside of Ireland?

    Yes, these boxes work worldwide as long as you have internet connection. 


6. What channels are available via the TV box?

    Any channel you want can be streamed via the box and the box comes preloaded with all required content.


7. Is there any after-sales service if I have problems with my box?

    Yes, at Keltronix we strive to keep our customers happy with our products and services. We provide one year hardware warranty along with an excellent after-sales service.


8. Can I run more than one box in my home at a time?

    Yes, you can run as many boxes as your internet allows.


9. Are there any other costs after purchasing the box?

    No, there are no subscription fees or monthly bills. It is a once off cost for the box and that's it.


10. If I order today, how long will the box take to arrive?

    We aim to provide next day delivery but our average delivery time is 1-2 working days.
