We aim to provide a fast, reliable & low cost delivery service.
Express Courier Delivery throughout Ireland:
Cost is €6 for Express Shipping
The average delivery time is 2-4 working days nationwide.
Terms
Irish shipping rates apply to the Republic of Ireland.
Shipping fee is fixed for an order, regardless of the number of items bought
All courier orders require signed proof of delivery and the customer must be contactable by phone
We do not offer a weekend delivery service (Mon-Fri only excluding bank holidays)
Our courier achieves a 98% success rate on next day deliveries
Applies to island of Ireland only (North & South)
Returns/Refunds
We are devoted to satisfying every customer of Keltronix.ie, however we do understand that you may need to return goods to us occasionally. We have set out the rules that apply to returns so please read them carefully.

CHANGE OF MIND
If a customer is not satisfied with a purchase on our site, we are happy to offer a full refund on the price of the product returned within a 14 day cooling off period, as per the consumer rights directive, and provided there is a valid reason for the dissatisfaction such as 'an unwanted gift'. In order for us to accept a change of mind return the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
If a customer is unhappy with a specific app/addon, this does not relate directly to Keltronix TV Boxes, and the issue should be taken up with the third party provider of the app/addon.
Should a customer have reason to return an item, they need to complete the form in the Contact Us section of the website.
We will then email you with a return letter to accompany your item
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate us to process the refund promptly
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the order to us
Refunds will only be paid on the same card/account used to place the order and are for the value of the goods
Customers must complete the Returns Form within ten days of placing the order and goods must be returned to us within five days of filling out this form
Items returned within 30 days of delivery will be issued a credit note
FAULTY GOODS
If you should find that your goods are faulty on arrival or go faulty during the warranty period, you are entitled to a replacement
Should a customer have reason to return an item, they need to complete the form in the Contact Us section of this website.
We will then be in touch with you in relation to your return.
All returns must have the Keltronix logo displayed on the top of the Android box and must also have no modification to the apps/build installed on the Android box.
On receiving the faulty item(s), Keltronix.ie will then send out the replacement - normally within 3 working days
Customers should inspect the goods on receipt to make sure all items are present and were not damaged during transit
Customers must inform us with 3 days of receiving a parcel if there is an item missing.
TERMS & CONDITIONS

We do not encourage ‘Shop and Try it’ – customers should consult our video guides, technical pages and technical email support before purchasing if unsure.
Our returns policy is in line with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and all consumers on our website should familiarise themselves with this Directive prior to returning the goods.
Returned goods which do not meet the above criteria will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days.
